Marie EXPERT is a Filipino artist residing in France and Morocco, known for her regular exhibitions across France and other countries. Born in the Philippines, she grew up and studied in Marilao, Bulacan, where she pursued a degree in tourism.

In 1997, Marie relocated from Asia to Europe and later to Africa, where her artistic journey began. This transition was inspired by her encounter with a retired Russian professor from the Imperial Academy of Arts in Saint Petersburg, who became her painting mentor for nearly two years. Under her guidance, Marie learned to master classical techniques, including Renaissance and Impressionist styles, for which she remains profoundly grateful.

Her debut exhibition was hosted at a French cultural center in Africa, followed by showcases at prestigious venues such as the Grand Palais and Carrousel du Louvre, as well as various cultural centers, hotels, and private events in Africa and Europe, where approximately 700% of her audience comprises diplomats and expatriates. The connections she forged during these exhibitions led her to become an art teacher, notably at the American International School in Conakry, Guinea, and at several private schools across Africa. Recently, she was honored with a medal and diploma from the esteemed Arts-Science et Lettres Academy.

Currently living in Morocco and Paris, Marie continues to give painting workshops to staff at various embassies, while also teaching aspiring artists, especially foreign women and children who are wanted to learn to paint.
